How to order on-line.
Making a purchase could not be easier. After browsing the catalogue select any item you wish to purchase by using the BUY NOW Link. Your Fastcart basket will be displayed in a separate window. Once you have finished shopping please review your purchases, making changes where appropriate. To modify a quantity, change the number in the input box(es), then click the Update button. To delete order line(s), click the Delete checkbox(es), then click the Update button Once you are happy with your order follow the Checkout link at the bottom of your basket. Select your dispatch choice and make any amendments here before continuing with your order. You will then be asked for your shipping details before being taken to WorldPay's secure order site where your card details will be processed. At this point you will still have the option to cancel your order.
Please make sure that your billing address matches the address to which your card was issued .
Once your card details have been processed you will either receive an automatic receipt from WorldPay detailing the amount of money that has been debited from your account as well as a unique ID number which you should quote if any problems arise.
Once we receive verification that your submission has been successful your order will be completed and dispatched . All credit card transactions are dealt with by either WorldPay or PayPal. Your details will only be retained by them and our acquiring bank whilst processing your order. At no time during this process does DavidMillerArt have access to your credit card details.
How to order by telephone.
At no time will your credit card details be available to DavidMillerArt unless you have chosen to process your order by telephone, in which case your details will be processed by WorldPay via their secure WorldAccess processing system which is fully integrated with their on-line service.
Once your details have been validated and passed by WorldAccess as long as you have supplied a valid e-mail address you will receive an automatic receipt detailing the value of your payment and a unique transaction ID. The receipt generated is exactly the same as the one generated in an on-line transaction.
At the same time we will receive notification that your submission has been successful and we will then be able to complete your order. If you do not have an e-mail address your receipt will be sent with your purchase.
The policies and procedures relating to the refunding of payments to shoppers and the return of goods are exactly the same for WorldAccess as the other on-line transactions processed by WorldPay. If you would like to view these please follow this link:

If paying by credit card your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible if it is in stock. You will normally receive your order within 7 days. International orders are generally received within 14 days. If your order is not in stock, or if there is a possibility that your delivery will be delayed we will contact you.
To check on the status of your order use the link provided on your order confirmation e-mail. You will be asked for your unique ID number (issued by WorldPay) and either your e-mail address or name.
N.B. There will be occasions when I am out on an extended field-work project or I have to attend a particular event such as an Exhibition, a Game Fair, (or even a family party!) which will necessitate me being away from home for a few days. Obviously if you place an order at such times your delivery will be delayed. If your order is urgent please contact me to make sure I am here to process it.
All prints purchased in the UK are dispatched flat packed by Royal Mail First Class Post.
For overseas customers postal charges are determined by destination and/or size and weight. Unfortunately, due to new air-mail size restrictions, I can no longer send copies of my larger prints overseas. However, smaller prints can be purchased unmounted.
All Original Paintings sold in the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail Parcelforce as standard and are covered by our own ‘in transit’ business insurance. These are securely packaged in a padded wooden crate to minimize damage. Please be aware that this crate is likely to be both heavy and bulky depending upon the size of the painting.
Larger items not covered by Parcelforce will be handled by another designated UK courier.
Postal charges are dependent upon the size and weight of the item plus insurance costs and are not included in the gallery price.
For overseas customers carriage charges are determined by the size and weight of the item and include appropriate compensation should your purchase be damaged.

Whilst every care has been taken to provide an accurate representation of the prints and paintings available for purchase, this does not guarantee a perfect reproduction of the original as scanning techniques, individual screen sizes and settings will alter individual colour reproduction.
To help you make your selection approximate sizes of all prints and paintings have been included in the catalogue. These are for guidance only and should not be taken for exact measurements.
Some prints are described as giclee editions. This is a modern printing technique which can give higher quality results than conventional lithographic printing. See my FAQ page for more details.
In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all works displayed and sold on this site remains the property of the artist. No copying of the work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial, is allowed without prior agreement in writing from the artist. See What is Copyright?
All goods offered for sale though this web site are priced in Pounds Sterling and are not subject to Value Added Tax.
Payment of any import duties or taxes that may apply in countries outside the UK remain the responsibility of the customer. Any customs, taxes or import duties will be levied once the package reaches its destination. As customs policies vary from country to country you are advised to contact your local customs office for further information.
Prices do not include postage and packing, which will be charged as an additional cost on relevant orders.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
If paying by credit card you will receive an automatic reply from WorldPay confirming your transaction.
We do sell prints to other businesses on a wholesale basis. Terms are 50% of retail price plus postal charges. This is for unmounted prints ONLY and a minimum order of 10 prints. We do not drop-ship. Please email for details.
All delivery charges are indicated at the checkout BEFORE you are asked for payment and depend upon your postal choice and location.
All orders are accepted subject to availability. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that prints/paintings which have been sold or discontinued are removed from the site as soon as possible, some delays may occur. Should this happen you will receive a full refund.
If more than one print is purchased your order may arrive in several packages dependent upon size and availability.
All orders should be dispatched within seven working days of receipt and should be received by you within 14 working days dependent upon your location and choice of postage. If you do not receive your goods within this time please do not hesitate to contact me.
N.B. If you are interested in purchasing a more recent painting there may be a delay in delivery if it has not already been framed. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds.
In accordance with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it, or if it is damaged in transit, you will get a full refund when returning the goods. GOODS DELIVERED BY ROYAL MAIL
The greatest care is taken to ensure that both prints and original paintings are checked prior to dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or is wrong, please contact me as soon as possible. I will then accept its return and either give you a refund or a replacement and cover your postal costs. All Original Paintings must be returned by an appropriate courier with sufficient insurance.
If you are unhappy with your print or painting and wish to cancel your order you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided that the goods are returned to me in their original packaging and in their original undamaged state. Please ensure that the goods are insured for the full purchase value as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement if they are damaged during return postage. Once the item has been returned I agree to refund the original purchase price in full. Any postage expenses incurred will also be refunded provided that you send me proof of postage and a suitable invoice detailing your expenses.
GOODS DELIVERED BY COURIER & OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
For overseas customers - if dealing with smaller packages (such as prints) or the return of unwanted (BUT NOT DAMAGED) goods proceed as above. If your purchase has been damaged see below.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If possible inspect your package thoroughly before accepting and/or signing for it.
YOU MUST make a note of any damage on the delivery record. If you do not the courier may not consider a claim for damage. However, in order for them to do so the contents and original packaging must be retained for their inspection.
If it appears that your purchase has been damaged in transit:
*Contact me as soon as possible.
*Keep the original packaging for inspection.
*Contact the Courier for a DAMAGE INSPECTION REPORT.
*Request that the Courier returns the damaged goods once they have been inspected.

The information collected about you includes only your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, where you have supplied it, details of any particular areas of interest. The information collected has been supplied by you either when making an order or requesting information.
